There are many organisations and services that offer free support and advice. Some of them have been under a lot of pressure with the competition for ever decreasing funds and therefore may have waiting lists. In most cases we suggest that you talk to your GP as some surgeries have an in-house therapist that could help.
We hope you can find what you need.
